Shiloh’s key motivator for being in Health and Safety is to genuinely look after and care for people and to simplify what can be at times difficult processes. His goal is to empower, enable and support people to achieve great health and safety outcomes without the need to over complicate systems, making success an achievable visible outcome for all stakeholders.
He enjoys building good relationships with people, getting know their “why” and at the same time sharing his own. This is the foundation of his capabilities which builds trust, rapport and promotes future buy-in to any initiatives required.
Shiloh’s ability to lead, coach, support and motivate teams, coupled with his Health and Safety experience greatly benefits the projects he is involved in. His leadership philosophy is to lead in the transformational sphere, creating an environment that drives change and streamlines processes to achieve success. Shiloh takes great pride in seeing people grow, develop and reach their potential, and seeing the impact that this has on the success of the wider team.
